Kirian working on his Kipping Pull Up during Fran.Coach Kirian has been a huge proponent of CrossFit protocols for many years now, so this past weekend he attended the CrossFit Instructors certification program in Santa Cruz just to make it official. The CrossFit team was phenomenal to work with. Excellent Course.
